We received an offer on our house yesterday- Day 5 on the market! We are countering, so we'll see what happens. I'm excited to quit making the bed every morning, but stressed to think of packing and moving in three weeks. Yep, she wants the house in March. We are house hunting on Saturday and hope to put in an offer on our favorite from last weekend.

PS - The realtor praised our "immaculate" house and told our realtor the staging "rocked". My hours spent watching HGTV was a well spent investment. :)

wohooo, I shall pray they do not "change their mind" at the midnight hour or their financing happen to change at the last minute!!
