Go Red Raiders!
Meet the newest Red Raider! Abby loved sitting in her new Texas Tech tutu and eating the tulle! Silly girl!
In case you want to make one yourself, here are directions. One difference, we used ribbon instead of elastic for the waistband. Just triple the amount of the child's waist and you can tie a big bow when she wears it. Also, we found 19" to be the best tulle length for a baby. You can lengthen it for older children.
