Look at how excited she is... about dirt! Seriously? I get the play outside in dirt child? I didn't see this coming!
Something about being on the front yard brings out the walker in Abby. She has taken more steps on the lawn that in the house.
We were very impressed by her going from sitting to standing without holding onto anything. This was her first time to do this. We are so close!
So, we decided to practice at home last night before dinner and capture her walking.

Hee hee, yours can play with mine in the dirt! Don't worry too much, as she gets older, she may tire of it. Or not. In the end, God made dirt, so dirt don't hurt! At least, that's what I mutter under my breath over and over every time Billa gets dirty. Abby Lu, just don't bring the dirt IN the house...trust me on this one. Your mama will be much happier if you leave it outside when you're done [grin]
